Individual Therapy

I work with adults across a range of presenting concerns, with particular experience in:

  • Food and body image concerns
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Low mood and emotional exhaustion
  • Life transitions and identity changes
  • Motivation and behaviour change

Sessions are tailored to your goals and pace, with an emphasis on sustainable change rather than quick fixes. My approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Health at Every Size principles where clinically appropriate.

Clinical Supervision

I provide supervision for psychologists and allied health professionals who want to strengthen therapeutic skill, confidence, and reflective practice.

Supervision can include:

  • Case formulation and treatment planning
  • Motivational Interviewing skill development
  • Navigating complexity and stuck points
  • Professional identity and scope of practice

Professional Training and Workshops

I have delivered education and training across private practice, university, and multidisciplinary service contexts, including:

  • Motivational Interviewing implementation and trainer development
  • Nutrition counselling and therapeutic communication
  • Client-centred engagement for behaviour change
